Indentified - Node 4 WAN outage Resolved

We have identified an internet connectivity issue resulting in loss of connectivity to our data centres. We are working urgently with our service provider to establish the cause of the issue and when it will be resolved. Cloud services are currently unavailable. Updates will be provided when we have further information. We apologise for the disruption.

Web Hosting Platform Issues Resolved

The web host has now been brought back online. It would appear a sudden loss of disk space was the issue . It has been extended and we will monitor it closely .

Cloud Server Platform - Switch Failure Resolved

UPDATE - The faulty component has been replaced and the SAN switch is back online. The platform is back to full resilience. We are currently experiencing the failure of a SAN switch affecting redundancy on one of our clusters hosting cloud servers. There is no customer impact at this time as the platform has automatically failed over to a backup switch and we will be carrying out work this afternoon to try and bring the failed switch back online. The platform is deemed at risk until this issue is resolved. Our network operations engineers will closely monitor the work and will do everything possible to minimise any inconvenience to you. We will provide further updates as soon as they are available.

Monitoring - Wakefield Down - Firewall Fault Resolved

We are monitoring a firewall issue resulting in loss of connectivity to services hosted in our Wakefield data centre. Engineers have now fixed the fault . Connections to Cloud servers and backup services has now been restored. We continue to monitor the situation to ensure the connection remains stable. We apologise for the disruption. We are working on a long term solution as this issue has occurred a few times over the last year.
